From 17 (86) West: Take exit 45 to Route 352, which becomes Denison Parkway in Corning (Hospital on right)

From 17 (86) East: Take exit 46, turn left off exit onto Centerway, go straight to Denison Parkway, then turn left onto Denison Parkway (Hospital on right)

From Route 414 South: Drive straight into Corning on Centerway, continue straight to Denison Parkway, then turn left onto Denison Parkway (Hospital on right)

From Route 15 North: Take exit 45 to Route 352, which becomes Denison Parkway in Corning (Hospital on right)
