The Auxiliary of Corning Hospital has a variety of volunteer opportunities for people of all ages. Whether you are retired, actively employed, a stay-at-home parent, young or old, male or female, our Volunteer Program has a place for you.  All you need is a friendly smile, a caring and compassionate manner, and a positive attitude.

 

Our Volunteer Program is a recognized and valued member of both the Corning Hospital family and the Guthrie Healthcare System. Our many efforts have also received statewide commendation.  In 2007, The Auxiliary of Corning Hospital was awarded the very first Auxiliary of the Year Award by HANYS, the Healthcare Association of New York State.  In 2009, the Auxiliary received Honorable Mention for this same prestigious award. 

 

Each year, Corning Hospital gratefully acknowledges its many volunteers for their valued donation of time and talent at the annual Volunteer Recognition celebration. 

At this event, the Volunteer of the Year is honored.
